Refund and Cancellation Policy

As a food delivery service, we do not offer refunds or returns for purchases made through this website.

Refunds and cancellations may only be granted in exceptional cases, at the discretion of Billionaire Cookies Sweets & Candies Co LLC management. Any approved refund will be processed within 10 working days via the original payment method and may be subject to a processing fees.

Cancellations, if permitted, must occur within 24 hours of placing an order and will follow the same refund process. Please note, this can take up to 30 days.
